Marathon Runner Roger was conflicted because he wanted to lose weight to achieve his running time goal but was having a difficult time controlling his eating.


We went over two self-limiting beliefs: I don’t have the will power to limit my snacking and I don’t believe I can get to an ideal goal weight for running a full marathon.


We talk about self-discipline and where it's appropriate. Roger was able to go from having a clear weight goal to becoming free from numbers and still being happy with his hobby of running.
