This episode took my trusty companion Scott Higby (of Studio C Creative Sound Recorders) and me to Liberty Station for Seany's Chefs Fest. This is an exciting culinary competition with 25 of San Diego's local chefs who have donated their time and resources for a wonderful cause. We were happy to partake of many tasty treats!
Local legend Tommy "The Fishmonger" Gomes gave a demonstration of breaking down a freshly caught fish. And he discussed sustainability and our local ocean environment.
