3 eggs 1 cup Locatelli or Romano cheese 1 clove garlic (minced) 1 LB Mozzarella Cheese (diced) 2 Packages frozen artichoke hearts 2 Pie Crusts (these are the ones your roll out in refrigerated section) Salt and Pepper to taste 3 Tbsp Olive Oil
