One of the most meaningful and heartfelt projects in my life {except for my children, of course} has been Elevate Akron.
Elevate Akron is a a non-profit organization + Akron's premiere outdoor yoga festival that I started in 2015 with group of outstanding local yoga teachers and friends
After directing the business + heading the festival committees for 5 years, I passed the baton to Kevin Karas who has - with a new team of local folks - moved the whole initiative forward in new + truly exciting ways.
In this conversation, Kevin + I sit down + hash out some of the important ideas + outcomes around Elevate Akron. And I'm just so grateful that we can do so. I think you'll hear the laughter , feel the respect and enjoy the stories.
