Rob showed up early for our 7am meeting.
I was on time - not early. If you know me, you know.
But Rob has that positive vibe going on that puts a smile on your face and makes the early morning feel like high noon.
And when he told me about the I CAN BIKE program, I was a great big, from-the-tips-of-my-toes YES!!
Several reasons:
It's about bikes.
It's providing a life-skill to folks with unique abilities + challenges.
It's right here in our community of Independence.
AND it's a summer camp!
Come on!! I signed up to volunteer immediately.
And after you listen to this, you might decide to volunteer or donate too.
After all, there are outstanding people in our community who are creating inspiring, uplifting, empowering offerings right here and we can ALL be a part of that high vibe and good news!
