Ray Negron has been part of the New York Yankees family for decades. At 16 he was caught spray painting Yankee Stadium and none other than George Steinbrenner - the new owner - gave him a second chance by hiring him. He went on to become personal assistant to Hall Of Famer Reggie Jackson, confidante to manager Billy Martin, and a special advisor to the Steinbrenner family.
