Miles Copeland has had a remarkable career in the music business. He is the former manager of the Police (his brother, Stewart Copeland, was the band's founder and drummer) and Sting. He went on to found I.R.S. Records and signed R.E.M., the Bangles, the Go-Gos and others. Miles discusses his career guiding the Police and the steps he took to get the band to the top of the charts, and he also talks about launching - and later selling - his record label.
