Over the course of my career in training clients, the question of training when feeling sick has come up so much. "I'm feeling a little under the weather, should I still come in for my session?" While going in to a gym and around people when possibly contagious is not advised, there are still ways to get some movement in that can help boost your immune response when feeling ill.
