Did you ever want to meditate but feel that that "whoo-whoo" kinda stuff?
You believe that you can't meditate because your mind is "too busy?"
Well after many trials and errors and even getting kicked out of a class because I couldn't stop laughing (I know, I'm that person) - finding what works for you is that hardest thing.
Well, I totally understand! I took on meditation as a #challange during our Covid19 quarantine and it was a real learning experience. For 2 weeks, I had to learn what worked best for me, how to settle a busy mind, and how to actually enjoy meditation.
This podcast is more of a free flow, talking about my experience with meditation. Finding out what works best for you is 1/2 the battle.
