I’ve been thinking a lot about what it is like to be a law student or a new lawyer during these times because I know that it was truly challenging for me even without the pandemic so I am wondering how difficult is it to be a young lawyer right now trying to navigate your career and find that balance and harmony between work and life? I discuss this topic with Ashley Ritter, who recently graduated from law school and has already had such a variety of experiences, from judicial clerk to associate to now solo practice - and in each of them she has seen success and has been able to find that balance. So join me in hearing her journey as a young lawyer making sure you have the right priorities so you start your career as a lawyer on the right foot for long term success.
