And this is the first episode of the Fit For Life Podcast where I give a brief introduction about myself, my history and health and why I've developed this show. My hope is to learn and grow while continuing my fitness journey, sharing what I can with those that may need a helping hand. Episodes will revolve around what I'm learning, trying, or reading. 


Once a month I will interview a guest and share their story. Sometimes that might be someone just starting out on their fitness journey, or it might be a specialist/instructor/coach providing some insight to help us along the way.
