Matt and Ryan welcome special guest retired Battalion Chief Steve Diaz to the podcast. Steve Diaz is a recently retired Battalion Chief with a career of over 30-years in the fire service.
Steve's passions include providing behavioral health options to first responders, consulting as an Intake Coordinator for Freedom Retreat, conducting critical incident stress management, employee assistance programs, substance abuse options, and fire chaplaincy. Steve has an Associate of Science degree in Fire Technology and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. He is Fire Officer certified and trained by the International Critical Incident Stress Foundation. Steve has been married for 31 years and has two adult children.
