Anxiety disorders are the most common mental illness in the U.S., affecting 40 million adults in the United States age 18 and older, or 18.1% of the population every year. This extremely common problem seems to be difficult to treat, yet it's remarkably treatable. Kevin has struggled with anxiety his whole life and has found the strength to cope with it. In this episode we talk about managing anxiety and grief. Kevin tells his story of how he has overcome both and is stronger today because of his struggles.
