I admire Melina’s courage to be open and honest with friends and former colleagues about not knowing her next step. But she didn’t stop there, she asked for help in coming up with new career ideas. And from there she tapped into her genuine curiosity and explored the possibilities. Her vulnerability combined with her innate trust in herself, listening to her instincts, allowed her to move forward.
