Melina shares her journey to become a trial lawyer and how she tries to maintain her career when she becomes a new mom. It felt to me like she pulled out ALL the stops to make it work, her daughter even had elite status on United Airlines! But the logistics and the guilt become all consuming and a series of events lead to a breaking point. “Leaning in” took its toll.
