In our second episode of Finding Her Voice we talk about the 1995 film How to Make an American Quilt starring Winona Ryder and directed by Jocelyn Moorhouse. We can't say we loved the ending of the film but it prompts discussions about the classic film canon and expectations for female filmmakers.

Also, quick note. I am an idiot and said Things We Lost in The Fire was directed by Claire Denis when, in fact, it's Susanne Bier. I have no idea why that slip up happened.
