In this episode of Finding grace I am joined by the brilliant Nick Bracks who is mental health advocate, TEDX speaker, actor podcaster “Move your mind” and author of the book “Move your mind”. Nick has used his story to not only inspire and empower people but is passionate about removing the stigma around mental, and does this in an optimistic and solution based way.

Nick shares what finding grace means to him and the journey he’s been on. He shares his story of how he turned around great difficulty too thriving in the place he is today and is now helping people through his experiences, improve their mental health. We discuss breaking down the barriers around mental health why this is important and why we need to keep this conversation going. He discusses the tools he uses to keep he’s mental health in balance. We talk about what success really is.
