In this episode of Finding Grace I am joined by my gorgeous friend Jordan Bone.

Jordan is a life coach, Reki master, you tuber and author of “ My beautiful Struggle “, Jordan and I connected through social media and I’m excited to be able to share Jordan and her story on here.

In this episode:

Jordan shares what finding grace means to her with the Journey she’s been on. She shares her incredible story from almost losing her life in a car accident at 15 which left her a quadriplegic and how she changed the narrative from hopeless to creating a beautiful life despite the circumstances.  We discuss what it took for her to shift from being deeply depressed to emerging from this.  She’s shares why meditation has been such a game changer for her. We talk about the you tube video that went viral (now has millions of views ) and how that changed everything for her. She shares why it’s important to see ourselves as more than our bodies. She gives her advice for anyone faced with a life changing situation.  We discuss why opening up spiritually helped her. She shares the tools that support her life and what helps.  We talk accessibility and why we need to continue highlighting things like this in conversations. We discuss the book she wrote and why this was healing.

She shares all this and much more, we hope you enjoy this deep and insightful conversation.

I hope it gives you hope that even if faced with the toughest circumstances, you can still have a beautiful life and live life to the fullest.
