Larry Seidlick is a serial entrepreneur who founded, led, and continues to lead a number of successful companies in his 40+ year business career. His first company was Sunrise Medical Laboratories, which sold in 2007 for one of the highest multiples ever paid for a laboratory company. He was also founder and CEO of The ARX Group, which provided financial and revenue cycle management services to healthcare systems throughout the United States until its successful sale in 2015 to a private equity group.

Currently, Larry is the Chief Experience Officer at The Montauk Beach House, which he and his team developed into a trendy boutique resort property, as well as the co-founder of Left Hand Artisan Coffee Breweries, a startup third-wave coffee company. He is a recognized expert who has delivered keynote addresses at numerous conferences, business groups, and corporations in the United States and abroad on subjects of executive leadership and how corporate culture drives growth, profits, and company value.

Today, Larry joins the podcast to share how the entrepreneurial spirit you cultivate in youth develops and shifts as you get older, the four competencies of high-performance leadership, and the major mistakes CEOs and founders make as they build companies or prepare to exit.
