The longest journey is the journey inwards. What is it like to live like a monk/nun? What is it like to not talk for 10 days? What is it like to sit and meditate 11 hours a day? I just did a 10-day Vipassana Silent Meditation course in Austria and sharing my life changing Vipassana experience with you.

As a high-achiever, doer and thinker... I finally learned the art of living and how to just BE as a human being. I am more in tune with myself, more aware, more calm, and more conscious of the life around me and what's happening within me.

It's part of my purpose to spread the joy of Vipassana because I am sure it will benefit you too in a way you can't predict. You will find more information and see where the closest center is: https://www.dhamma.org/en/index

By sharing my experience - the lessons as well as the challenges, I hope to help you cultivate a sense of peace, joy, silence and reflection. In this way, you can begin to explore the journey within and the discover the infinite power within you. I believe this is the key to unlocking true happiness and self-discovery. So if you're looking for something deep and inspirational, this is for you!
