Dawn is the Executive Director and co-founder of “The W Connection: Widows Helping Widows Rebuild Their Lives”.  In this role, she passionately dedicates herself to the operations, growth, and strategic vision of the W Connection community. 

Prior to her role at The W Connection, Dawn spent 20+ years working in some of the most recognizable financial services Firms in the world and several technology startups.  

She has been featured in New York Times, ABC News and has shared her story to provide encouragement for women facing transition or trauma.  She is currently working on her memoir.

In her free time, she can be seen in Central Park with her rescue dog, Bruno and her teenage son, William.
