Kathi Balasek is an educator, widow coach, empathy and grief literacy coach, university lecturer, speaker and she joins us on this episode of the Filled With Gold Widow Podcast.
Kathi became a widow at a young age while raising five children. She helps women experiencing widowhood to move forward. She also teaches and trains professionals in grief literacy and empathy skills. Her mission is to champion widows and help others support and understand their journey.
