How are injuries effecting your performance?
On Episode 4 we talk to Matt Wall about injury prevention in fight sports and factors we can change to lower risk of injury in training and competition.
Most people would tell you injuries are just part of the sport, and "They just happen". Well, there are things you can do that will help you lower risk of injury.
