EXERCISE!!!

In this episode, I take you through my top 10 tips on how to start exercising for free!  It's time to stop faffing about and get it done.

Grab a pen and a notebook (digital or physical) and start making notes. These tips will help you plan and hopefully keep you going. It's not as hard as you think it is. Just find one exercise to start with and go with that until you can do more.
