My guest on this episode is Ashley Fontes , a California based mother to three children , wife , yoga teacher ,and a dog lover , she shares her experience of living with Bipolar and Obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD )

The ways her Bipolar affected her ,from packing up the entire contents in her house in boxes as though she was moving , and also made her go on sometimes manic spending sprees buying some practical everyday stuff but these are also not within the household budget

Difficult and confusing diagnosis of her bipolar and OCD.

Effects of Covid19 pandemic on OCD on her mental health and work as a Yoga instructor .

Different support systems she had in place to get her through the phases
