Lanna is a queer ecofeminist and advocate for gynecological health. She started AIMA in 2019 in response to a lack of safe solutions for her period pain and has since led AIMA through IndieBio New York accelerator 2022-23, the incubator lab-2-launch at e@ubc, and Herstory for the top 30 female founders hosted by The51. Currently, Lanna is leading AIMA through a pre-seed fundraising round. Lanna is also on the board of Femtech Canada, and Endoville NY.
