Organization bio

Estrigenix's mission is to develop drugs, based on our platform technology and expertise in estrogen biology, that can help women live healthier and longer lives. We aim to dramatically improve women’s health by developing safe, clinically proven treatments for the physical and mental effects of menopause. We are developing compounds to reduce menopause symptoms like hot flashes and memory dysfunction without the adverse health risks associated with traditional estrogen therapies. Because there is a correlation hot flash severity in the 50s and increased risk of dementia in the 60s and beyond, safe treatments for hot flashes may also alleviate women's increased risk of Alzheimer’s disease.
