Stella Angels is a network of accredited angel investors who are funding women in two ways: by coordinating direct introductions to interested investors, and by creating special purpose vehicles (SPVs). When the Stella Angels community of investors has collectively committed $50K+ into one company, they can streamline the investment via an SPV, giving the founder just one line item on their cap table.
