About Cindyrella Amistadi:

Cindyrella Amistadi joined JPMorgan in Luxembourg as a Managing Director within Digital and Platform Services (DPS) in 2018. She acts as a JPMSE Board Member in charge of Opera-tions, Technology and Outsourcing.

In her current role, Cindyrella manages and oversees our Operations, Outsourcing govern-ance and Technology at the legal entity level, supported by her leadership team located in Frankfurt, Luxembourg and Dublin. Her role is focused on establishing aligned governance and oversight across JPMSE's business lines as well as all outsourced activities and it includes maintaining strong relationships with our regulators, ensuring compliance with regulatory expectations while leveraging as much as possible our global model.

Cindyrella is a key advocate of the DPS people strategy and built a culture of continuous learning. Guided by her passion for creating an environment where Diversity and Inclusion is key in all aspects of the business, she is currently senior sponsor for the Benelux WOTM and is heavily invested in recruiting, mentoring and empowering diverse staff. She regularly par-ticipates in round tables and events sharing her experiences as a leader and championing these principles and values.

Cindyrella is a senior leader having spent more than 20 years in the financial services indus-try. She joined the firm from Credit Suisse, where she was Chief Executive Officer of Multi-concept Fund Management SA.. Other previous roles include Managing Director, Head of Fund Accounting, Regulatory Reporting and Off-shore Tax Operations at BNY Mellon, and Head of Tax, Financial and Operational Reporting at CACEIS.

Cindyrella holds a diploma in French Law and an initiation in German private and public law from Centre Juridique Franco-Allemand, a Bachelor's degree in Private Law and Master's de-gree in Business Law from the University Robert Schuman.

In her free time, Cindyrella enjoys scuba diving, reading, cooking and hiking.
