She is an accomplished senior leader, operating at board level with experience gained across Operations, Human Resources, Learning & Development, Organisational Development, Communications, Marketing and Digital within the Restaurant, Pub, Brewing and Retail Industries over the last 20 years. An innovative and creative thinker focused on developing talent through inclusive and empowering strategies that supports commercial delivery, she is passionate about creating the right conditions to help harness and release the potential of everyone.
