Hard Work & Great Relationships - Susan Kandalaft owner of Executive Solutions

Susan Kandalft has had an incredible career.  And there's no doubt that her success is grounded in her own work ethic, as well as her ability to build incredible relationships.  That's a big part of why her business Executive Solutions is celebrating 35 years in business in 2021!

Susan's self described "PhD in Recruitment and People" has been earned through lots of heart and hustle over the years.  Amazingly, she does business today with hiring managers, whom she placed in roles 30 year ago.  That kind of loyalty speaks volumes about the incredible relationships this Female Founder creates.

But, as she tells us in this week's' episode of Female Founder Fridays, there were times when she neglected her own health and wellness, and some of her relationships along the way. At times it's even left her feeling a bit resentful and burnt out.  But despite a cancer battle (she's now happy and health!) she's still driven to connect great people with really amazing opportunities.
