Embrace Your Introvert - Tracy Guillet owner of Quiet Pathways

My guest on episode #4 of Female Founder Fridays is the owner of Quiet Pathways, Tracy Guillet.  Tracy is a councillor who has focused her practice on introverted teens and adults.

As a self professed "quiet person", Tracy spent most of her life feeling like she didn't quite fit in our extroverted world.  As she embraced her authentic, introverted self she began to see things differently and with greater confidence.    

Now, Tracy is passionate about supporting others, particularly teens and young adults, as they navigate their own journey in truly embracing their introvert self.

I personally have spent time with Tracy, in order to better understand the introverts in my life, and I can tell you the insights (even for this High Voltage extrovert) have been amazing.
