This podcast is for anyone who has set a resolution and had it fall apart before it was achieved.   With great concepts I've gathered from Tony Robbins Wellness Mama, you can follow  the 3 step process discussed in the podcast.

#1  Start S.M.A.R.T. !

SPECIFIC - Be specific. What EXACT goal do you wish to accomplish?
MEASURABLE - How will you measure your progress? By what measurement will you know it's complete?
ATTAINABLE - Is it realistic to achieve? What skills do you need to achieve & attain it? Who's help will I need to reach it?
RELEVANT - Is this the right time to do this? WHY is this goal important to me?
TIME-BOUND - When is the completion of this goal set for?

#2 SYSTEMATIZE - Create an organized system to make it systematic!

#3 SMILE as you PROGRESS!
