Have you ever thought to yourself, “Welp, I guess if we want to grow, we should start buying ads”? 

I get it! There are a lot of reasons why investing in digital ads seems like a necessary evil these days. With the pay-to-play feeling of social media, and the algorithms getting in your way of reaching your followers, let alone new audiences, ads can certainly be tempting. 

And while there is nothing wrong with paid advertising (in fact, it can be a great tool) - it isn’t the only one available to indie retailers and I always want you to have options, boo.
