We all spend so much time in our work, with our career, whether we are working at home or we're going to an office. Our work environment, the company culture, is something that very much affects us and it's a big part of our lives. It's something that we want to address and make sure that we are doing our part to maintain the healthiest, best possible workspace.

That being said, of course we can't control everything in the environment and we know that, but what we can do is control our inner world, our reactions, our responses, and also apply some practical tools about how to create the best possible work environment.
