Brittany Gordon is Registered Holistic Nutritionist and Natural Nutrition Clinical Practitioner. This hilarious ginger laughs because she says those are just her fancy titles for saying she reallllly loves to talk about FOOD. Her down to earth approach to food and our kitchens is refreshing. Her fascination with food lead her to play with all kinds of different ways of eating as well as land on what works for her. I love that she believes that food is NOT a one-sized fits all and it takes time for us to figure out what works for us. We dive into her journey with trying different modalities and foods on and why and her outcome each time.
