Anthony Koutoufides is one of the greatest AFL players the game has ever seen!

Playing 278 games for the Carlton Football Club, Kouta was known for his extreme athletic ability, being able to play and thrive in almost every single position, as well as famously picking up the ball with one hand!

His long list of accomplishments include being Carlton Captain, playing in the 1995 premiership team, All Australian, AFL Hall of Fame Inductee just to name a few.
He was also on the reboot of the 90’s TV series Gladiator, as well as winning Dancing with the Stars in 2006.

We had a great conversation around his days at the Carlton footy club, with a focus on his physical fitness, workout routine and nutrition. We also spoke about how the game has changed over the years, the importance of having a mindset for success and the valuable lessons he’s learned along the way.
