Meg Paska wrote The Rooftop Beekeeper in 2014 when she lived, and kept bees, in Brooklyn. Since then she and her partner have run a CSA heavy farm on the Jersey shore, and finalyl settled onto their own land in Esperance NY. Tuen is as Harry and Meg discuss what that journey entailed and what the future of a local food economy looks like from their corner of Schoharie County.
