Meet Jeff Dolan, CEO of  Wavve,. A  platform for podcasters to turn their audio into video for social media influence. He's also an award-winning writer, director, and podcaster.

He loves to encourage creators to become confident leaders. Jeff built his career as a SaaS sales and business development executive in the healthcare industry, but never let go of his love to create music, write, film, and design. Jeff built up the Nashville filmmakers into a thriving film community in Music City that is now known for producing dozens of films a year. Red Bull  awarded Jeff with a top 10 sci-fi film competition award for his filmmaking

Now living in Wilmington, North Carolina with his growing family, Jeff shares his unique perspective as a creator and businessman through his writing and art. So we have a few things to cover off on here , his journey into becoming a C E O, something that he felt from a young age was a calling. To become a CEO and an entrepreneur. Jeff will share how this all ties back into what is ultimately his purpose, which is being an artist and creative. We're also going  to  talk about the changing dynamics of today's employers and what it looks like as a candidate who may have their side passion or side hustles as we call it, going on.

The world has changed so much. So there are a high percentage of micro-businesses that have been created over the last couple of years, and although people continue to work in their full-time jobs, they're still able to find ways to create these other forms of revenue or an outlet for their purpose or passion.

So what does this mean for the future of employers who are not flexible in wanting to hire people that have interests or have other things going outside of their traditional full-time?
