In this episode, I go over some of the most common misconceptions that so many people face when trying to lose weight.




These misconceptions can make the challenge weight loss way more difficult because they impact our lives in negative ways that aren't very enticing for us to stay consistent with.




I want to remind you, or reasure you, that there are a lot of things out there that can make your journey harder than it needs to be. And you don't have to believe them or keep trying them because you THINK that's what has to happen in order to be successful.




There are a few truths in this process that I help myself and others fall back on so that these things you learn in this episode not only help you in the short term, but also in the long run because our life has a way of pushing us back into old beliefs without being aware of it.
