In this episode of Fast To Heal Stories, Shana talks with Jeni Marciniak. Jeni is a mother of 2, and a grandmother of 1, in addition to working full time and taking amazing photos when time allows.

Although Jeni did not deal with weight or health issues until her early 40’s, possible perimenopause hit her hard and fast. Within a matter of a few months, Jeni was dealing with insomnia, irregular cycles, bloating, weight gain, acne, and pain on the left side of her body. At first, she chalked it up to aging and hormonal fluctuations that were just “part of life in the 40’s”. After 1 personalized session with Shana, Jeni implemented intermittent fasting, and her life changed within a week!
