His name is Leland Russell and he is well known for his work with GEO Group, helping entrepreneurs, non-profits and Fortune 500 companies with mission critical teams survive in times of rapid change.

Leland saw how the world transformed through the 60's, 70's, 80's, 90's and 2000's. Today, he comes out of retirement to share his thoughts on what the future holds for businesses today.

Leland started his career in the music business, became a CEO of a mid-sized company and presented as a keynote speaker on topics of leadership and technology. He co-wrote a book called Winning in Fast Times, which is available to be purchased online.
