Born and raised in Quebec City, Mick had no interest around health and fitness until he turned 15 and realized that his dad could not be active and play sports with him due to arthritis and inflammation in his body.


Mick needed to find a way to help his father get better, which led to him discovering the low carb or “Keto” diet.


After years of failed attempts, he finally succeeded in convincing his father to try the Keto diet, and ultimately transformed his life and got rid of the arthritis for good!


Mick is a posturologist, a successful entrepreneur and he has been advocating the keto lifestyle for almost a decade. In his unique and clear system call the #ketozen, Mick facilitates the ketogenic diet in a step by step approach making it simpler and more accessible to his audience.
