What do you think when you hear the word diet? Most people immediately associate it with hunger, pain, and suffering, and that’s because most diets we see today are not sustainable long-term.

Well, what if I told you that by simply Eating Right For Your Body Type, you would feel better than ever, you’ll have more energy, and most importantly, lose weight in a sustainable way.

Sue-Anne Hickey had suffered from low blood-sugar and Eczema on her hands for many years before she began eating right for her body type.

After following a vegetarian diet for more than a decade, she realized that it simply wasn’t sustainable for her, even though a plant-based diet is one of the healthiest routes to go.

It wasn’t until Sue-Anne started digging into how our glands can affect the way we process food, did she begin to make a change in her diet and ultimately heal her body.

Today, Sue-Anne is a Certified Naturopath and weight loss specialist. She came to naturopathy and healthy eating through her experience with yoga in 1990 which completely transformed her life.  Sue-Anne’s passion is in helping her clients heal their ailments naturally, lose weight, and regain their energy and happiness using a personalized body type plan, Bodytypology: The Body Type System for Lasting Weight Loss.

On this episode of the Fall In Love with Fitness podcast, Sue and I discuss what eating right for your body type actually means, the unhealthy obsession in diet culture, and why the most important thing to do is to ignore the trendy diets and just listen to your body.
