Wow time flies. We are already at Episode 10 of Season 3.
I'm proud to announce this is the final episode of this season. And a new season begins soon with new guests already lined up. I'm taking this podcast to beyond just Tourette's syndrome and mental health awareness. This podcast is evolving!

I met a lot of great people online ever since the AOL days.
And on social media like Facebook, I've met a lot of friends through our mutual experience living with Tourettes.
One of them is George #TwitchBeard from Arizona.
Although I knew him for a few years now online but through this episode him and I have discovered a lot more common interests than just our shared experience in living with Tourettes as a dad or coping with mental health and managing anxiety at work.
I've had a rough night prior to this conversation and I nearly cancelled the date. But I'm glad I pushed through in the best display of my improvisational podcasting style.
