Parisian Chef Profile - Justin Kent

Justin Kent is an American born to a French mother and an American father. All his siblings were born in France but he was destined to live in France despite his whole family residing in the US. 

Even though photography has been in the family Justin and his wife are the proud owners of not one but two restaurants in Paris. They have taken the Paris restaurant scene by storm. 

Having started his restaurant career in Paris at a three Michelin stared restaurant Justin is now bringing to his restaurants what he’s learned from this amazing experience.
