After facing extreme burnout, watching lay off after lay off affect her company, and eventually being laid off herself, Margaret decided to do something that terrified her: walk right on into the unfamiliar and create Rising Tide.
The Rising Tide podcast was created with two purposes 1) to create exposure and 2) to build a community for the people who believe we need to change the business world.
