November is Alzheimer's Awareness month, and this episode is dedicated to Margaret Barnett and her 2 daughters, Hannah and Sarah - today's guests on the Fuck It All podcast.

These two have been on my radar for some time as I've sat in awe at their strength in being two women foraging their own path, while also having to play caretaker to their mother and each other at an extraordinarily young age.

In this episode we talk about what it means to be a strong woman, love and loss, the realities and taboo of mental and physical health, and how they are learning that, "they can do a lot, and also can't do somethings."

This pearl of wisdom came from the youngest, Hannah, and we all laughed at the simplicity and magnitude of that statement.

Enjoy these two, and consider donating to The Alzheimer's Foundation to honor Margaret, Sarah & Hannah - the Ladies Barnett (V formal, amiright?).

X,
KLG
