In this week's episode, I am excited to welcome Bryan Reeves. Bryan is a former US Air Force Captain; Bryan is now an internationally renowned Author and Life/Relationship Coach. His viral blog has been read by over 30 million people in every country on the planet (except North Korea). With a Masters Degree in Human Relations and decades of experience studying – and burning in – the transformational fires of intimate relationships, Bryan now coaches men, women and couples in creating thriving lives and relationships. Bryan has served on the Executive Council for the Global Alliance for Transformational Entertainment (GATE) and worked on various projects featuring worldwide luminaries like Rev. Michael Beckwith, Marianne Williamson, Deepak Chopra, The Oracle of Tibet, Don Miguel Ruiz and many others. He's been a regular blog contributor to The Good Men Project, Elephant Journal, and Thought Catalog and is the author of two books, including his latest, Choose Her Every Day (Or Leave Her), and Tell The Truth, Let The Peace Fall Where It May.

In this episode, Bryan shares his journey of letting his fears and wounds hold him back from authentically accepting the vulnerability of a relationship. It was not until he truly embodied himself and stepped into the discomfort of feeling vulnerable that he could not accept a relationship entirely. Bryan and I also discuss some healthy tools people can use in their relationships regarding communication and conflict resolution. Bryan also shares the context behind his book, Choose Her Every Day (Or Leave Her) and what that means for him.
