Recently, the ACT Center for Equity in Learning reported that many students lack the most up to date information on the Pell Grant and FAFSA, resulting in a higher student/family contribution towards tuition costs. I asked Michelle Thompson to come into the studio to discuss her experiences at the Student Financial Aid Center.
